Today was a lovely Sunday afternoon where I bought a new digital camera and hung out with my good buddies, Deuce Henry Winslow, and Chauncey Lee Billups in the back yard at mom and dad's. The weather was beautiful. I was in the company of great souls. Very proud and excited to have a camera again. " Preserve your memories, they're all that's left you. " Word up, Paul.

Work was suprisingly pleasant tonight, also. Waited on a lot of working class families who ate, drank, and stayed merry. No uppity cracker yuppies, just nice folks who seemed to be happy to be there. I was gratetful to make enough money to pay for my share of the electric bill.

And tommorrow I'm going to head up to one of my favorite spots on earth: the one and only Buffalo River. A few of us are staying in Leif's parent's cabin up in Jasper, in Newton County. Absolutely beautiful. I cannot wait!
